Who I AM and What I Do with My Time
I am a self employed model, event producer/manager/publicist, and "returning" musician (tenor sax). I am currently working with a hot local up-and-coming fashion designer and preparing to set out a series of my own "press releases" and gig up on my modeling career.
This is stimulating my growing event production business, Virgin Mirage Entertainment. I am also beginning to learn massage and aromatherapy techniques in hopes of leading towards a CMT career and have started providing my services to the public. More on this some other time.
My work history is in marketing and legal services and my creative history is highly infused in entertainment, arts, and spiritual growth.
Where I'm coming from:
I've been living at my over-priced space alone for more than a year and am seeking not only change in locale, but hoping to come across persons that share the same interests.
I'll miss the view but will dig the new company.
I have a one and half year old beagle who is super affectionate, adores people and other animals and is a harmless watch dog (he'll tell you they're coming then lick 'em when they get there!).
What I am SEEKING:
I am looking for a cool space with flexibile people who are preferably more of the artist type. I am available to move anytime between now and the 15th of March and free to visit your space for interview pretty much any day until then.
IDEALLY:
I have more plants, music and books than anything else so I'm open to getting rid of the rest of my furniture to move into a sublet space.
The other option I was looking for was a warehouse or flat space with a room available to rent. It would be great if there is a backyard, but I am able to contain my small doggie to one room if it suits the needs of the roommates.
My price range is not more than $650/month and I would prefer a month to month situation but can do a year lease if necessary.

My last remarks would be that I am 420 friendly, love to cook for others, keep a clean space about me both spiritually and physically, and am a great person to seek advice from or fix your computer. I am VERY open to all lifestyles and personalities and find pure humor in our differences.
